Do you ever just want a little something to munch on, because you don’t really feel like a huge meal? Like a little something that brings you the satisfying combination of cheesy, crunchy, savory and crisp with a hint of sweet all at the same time…well I sure do and did.
I’m not certain if there is anything that I crave more than cheese with fruit. It’s just the most perfect combo…ever! So, if you can imagine when I walked into our Seaside Market and saw the beautiful forelle pears mixed in with the amazing produce, I actually sighed-yum out load and then quickly grabbed about six. You can’t get forelle pears just anywhere. You have to have a specialty market like Seaside who makes it a priority to carry beautiful and unusual seasonal produce fab finds. In fact, Seaside Market is so awesome that you can order online for pick up or mail delivery, just about anywhere. This excites me, because now you have access the pears and everything I share and make for the blog; cool…right? If you decide to order some pears, be sure to order the burgundy tri tip AKA Cardiff Crack too. Now I’m off to nibble and the recipe is below. Smooches and have a great night. xoxo
