OMG…it’s that good! I’m obviously on a shrimp binge. I think this is the third shrimp recipe in less then a month. Hope you don’t mind; I wouldn’t share if I didn’t think it was something you just had to try.
I’m a huge fan of Ina Garten on the Food Network. In fact, I’m a little obsessed with her. I just think she’s the Bomb Dizzle! Any-who, she’s the inspiration behind the recipe. I would have followed her directions exactly, but I discovered after I got home with the shrimp that I didn’t actually have all the ingredients. I made a few modifications that turned out absolutely delish!
The key to mine turning out so good is all about quality shrimp and perfect homemade seasoned breadcrumbs from my local Cardiff Seaside Market. In fact the breadcrumbs are so key in this recipe that you may even want to contact me to see if I can get some to you? Also, this is a perfect dish for entertaining and can be made in advance so you don’t have to spend all your time cooking when you have guests to entertain… Enjoy and smooches xoxo
