There is something so simple and comforting about the smell and taste of banana bread. Maybe it’s just the time of year and the familiar smell of banana bread baking in the house. What ever it is? It’s undeniably delicious and it goes quick at my house.

- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- pinch of salt

- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 1/2 pureed bananas, very ripe
- 1 tsp. baking soda (add to pureed bananas)
