This is an easy and delicious salad. Adding the booze (aka) Port wine is a tasty surprise and gives the salad a little kick. Or, maybe the kick came from the glass of wine I drank (or two) while preparing salad? I served the salad with a white wine halibut piccata and white truffle mashed potatoes.
