Hi…I’m back. Well maybe not back for good, but back for the moment to share the recipe with you.
A couple of weeks ago I was scrolling through FB “aka the retirement home” and saw this recipe. Normally I wouldn’t go for a corn dog, but I have heard so much about the Disneyland corn dog that I had to try it. There is something almost nostalgic about a corn dog. It reminds me of being a kid or going to the fair and it also kind of reminds me of my Mom, but I’m not sure why?
The only modification I made to the recipe is getting a really high quality Angus beef hot dog and instead of a corn dog on a stick, I cut the dogs into bite size pieces. The recipe is the real deal and the decadent little bites are addictively amazing!
