Let’s jump right in. So, you know I love me some spaghetti squash, especially when I’m watching my carbs. Spaghetti squash is so versatile and absolutely does a great stand in (understudy) for pasta without the starchy carbs.
I use store bought sundried tomato and pesto from Seaside Market (you can actually order here and Seaside will ship it to you…it’s Awesome). I’m all about taking shorts with good quality equal to homemade.
I tagged the pictures with instructions…it’s that easy. If you want to add Parmesan, goat cheese and olives it sends this dish over the moon and back. Smooches my loves and xoxox
This looks delicious! I’m going to have to try it. Historically I haven’t had luck with spaghetti squash, but this looks so easy. Thank you for sharing.
