I’m an ambulance chaser when my child is inside…

15b1519ff83abfcb28be53940c39dd21Well…I would normally post a few of my favorite things. But, one of my favorite things…Mimi, fainted while at an appointment. The paramedics were called and while they were taking care of her…she fainted again. I freaked out, drove as fast as I could (might have speed just a little) to get to her in the ambulance. Then to the hospital where we spent the greater part of our day. So, having said that. We are back home. No idea what’s up with Mimi and resting. All my love to you and send good vibes for Mimi please. Xoxo smooches

  1. Hi Julie, I just read your post and hope all is fine with your daughter Mimi.I know it’s scary when our babies (whatever age they are) have to be rushed to the hospital. Hope it’s nothing serious. I’m sending positive energy.
    Take care, Sherri

    1. Sherri, You are so sweet and special. Yes it was scary and we really don’t know whats going on. This is the third time in just a few weeks. The first time…I thought, well strange and after a day of her resting thought maybe she just got dehydrate; but, now twice she fainted yesterday, so I’m just worried! Myles was diagnosed with type 1 Diabetes when he was two, so my alert system is HIGH! We tested heart, blood everything we could at the hospital and she seems to be fine. I will keep you posted and thank you for your sweet spirit.

P.S. you ever come back to California…please let me know so, we can meet. xoxo

  2. this happened with my sister a few times before they realized that her blood sugar was low.. its called hypoglycemia. She never had any health issues and one day just hit the floor. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong and it happened again a few weeks later. After that they tested her and said she needs to drink something like oj every morning to prevent it.

    1. Jen,

Thank you so much for the info. I think you might be onto something. We started making certain that Mimi has handy meals available…she’s a busy girl. I also keep juice on hand all the time, because Myles is type 1 diabetic. We have not seen another episode, but it doesn’t keep me from worrying. After-all, I’m Mom, it’s my job . I really appreciate you reaching out. Blessing to you and all the best. xoxo

      Julie
