I do love my time alone with my magazines. Some of my favorite recipes come from inspiration withing the pages I thump through. Coastal Living is always a perfect read for a sunny California day. This recipe called to me, light, easy and yummy. The first night I made it as a cold pasta salad. The next day I warmed some up for lunch. It is completely delicious both ways.
