Brad and I came across this backgammon board while we were helping Mary clear out her garage. Instead of sending it off to the garage sale, we set it aside with the intention play. I really love the inside of the game board, but the outside not so much. It’s so large that it can sit on my giant coffee table that’s actually a door. A little fabric, a little trim, staple gun and glue. I love the way it turned out and can’t wait to play with Brad. “As in play backgammon .” Lol! Xoxo
This is wonderful! I just bought a travel backgammon board and the vinyl cover is boring. I want to re-cover it. I cannot decide if I should remove the vinyl or simply cover it. Decisions. I love what you’d done with your board.

Hi Erika, I’m thrilled you like the idea. I would say go for the recover over the vinyl. It sounds like too much work to tear it apart, just to recover it. Good luck! Send me a picture.

Sorry for my delay in getting back to you. Crazy week! Anyways I do use wordpress, but recently had blog doo re-style my blog and I think they were able to help get all the kinks out. You may want to reach out to them and see if maybe they can help you.
