inspire me with pink coconut pretzels

Pink chocolate, coconut pretzels the perfect combination of sweet and salty.  I love them!  They are so simple and so satisfying.  I’m in need of a thank you gift to express my appreciation for some sweet generosities friends have extended .  These pretzels are so yummy and a little expression from me.  Slightly bigger than a thank you card and not to big to overkill.  xoxo

I use good white chocolate chips or white symphony candy bars when I can find them.   Store bought pretzels and coconut flakes.  Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, or layer pans to improvise.  Melt chocolate on medium so it does not over cook.  Add a spoon of shorting to keep the chocolate fluid.  Dip one half of the pretzel in chocolate and then dip in coconut.  Lay on wax paper to set. Presentation is everything, so make sure to package cute.  Enjoy!
