Hi Friends, Happy Saint Patrick’s Day! I’m up a little late for you to get this one pulled off, but you can make these eggs any time of year. They are delicious! Supper easy to make, just slow poach and serve with salsa fresca.
I’m getting rained out today. I’m a little bummed. I had so many plans to play tennis with Brad, run around and find some inspiration.
