lucky clovers for breakfast

Hi Friends, Happy Saint Patrick’s Day!   I’m up a little late for you to get this one pulled off, but you can make these eggs any time of year.  They are delicious!  Supper easy to make,  just slow poach and serve with salsa fresca.

I’m getting rained out today.  I’m a little bummed.  I had so many plans to play tennis with Brad, run around and find some inspiration.  I’m heading out of here anyways to see what kind of trouble I can get into.   I’m looking forward to Irish dinner at Dave and Leigh Ann’s tonight.   Have a fun day… xoxo
