I think the pictures pretty much cover the weekend festivities. Friday night with Susie’s Birthday party at the cottage (serious evidence that a picture is worth a thousand words), “go Susie with your pink feather dance.” Fabulous Leigh Ann float’s in effortlessly through the event and creates amazing simple, but beautiful short bouquets with the gift flowers Susie received. I love the way she uses the excess stems as artful twigs…so cool! Mimi, Devin and Lauren all decked out for the red, white and blue party; adorable, right? Well…not nearly as adorable when I collected them at 11:45pm…just saying! Jenna and Hanna, so talented with their beautiful serenade to Susie; Awesome! Hilarious Leigh Ann shortly after she did a headstand in the middle of the party tries to leave with her party favor. “Put the coyote down Leigh Ann!” Memorial weekend was filled with fun, friends and food; all pleasures we have because of the brave men and woman who serve and have served our County.
