mondays menu, carrot cake

The brunch menu was huge and all delicious.  The carrot cake was off the charts delicious.  I grated fresh carrots and fresh pineapple, no canned or packaged shredded carrots.  It made all the difference.  I had three pieces last night and may have another one after this post.  The peeps added a cute charm, but only Erik ate them…
