Mimi came to my rescue. I needed cupcakes and I needed them tomorrow. Mimi suggested making a bundt cake, because we adore bunt cake. I loved the idea, but needed them to be cupcakes. So, enterprising Mimi found (Brooke’s Recipe Blog) and made one of the best cupcakes we have ever had. White chocolate raspberry is a scrumptious combination. I know, how can you tell the difference with cupcakes? I seem to love them all , but these were moist and packed with amazing flavor. A marry me please on my rating scale “that’s the top”.
