Naturally I would find a way to combine pumpkin with two of my loves, butter and cream cheese. WOW, this recipe is so creamy and delicious! Perfectly pumpkin cheesiness. Note on the recipe the big secret is cooking the spring form pan in water. Just be extra careful to seal the spring form pan with foil “really good”.
