I have a secret weapon for Caesar salad, soups and pasta. It’s simple, Parmesan crisps. I shape these to lay on top of salad or to perfectly cover the top of a soup bowl. Parmesan has such a yummy, nutty and salty taste. It can compliment just about any dish. I know looking at these, it doesn’t look like much, but they can really take an ordinary dish and give it that custom presentation and special taste.
