mondays menu, parmesan crisp

I have a secret weapon for Caesar salad, soups and pasta.  It’s simple, Parmesan crisps.  I shape these to lay on top of salad or to perfectly cover the top of a soup bowl.  Parmesan has such a yummy, nutty and salty taste.  It can compliment just about any dish.   I know looking at these, it doesn’t look like much, but they can really take an ordinary dish and give it that custom presentation and special taste.    I have a knock your socks off Caesar dressing I will give you in an upcoming post.  Make everyday an event… xoxo

                                      {spay parchment paper or foil with cooking oil}

{shape the Parmesan to the shape you want}

{broil until brown and crisp, yummy}
