stroganoff wrapHello Loves, Happy Tuesday and what’s cooking? Or, should I say what am I cooking and sharing with you? Some recipes excite me more than others and this easy Progresso stroganoff wrap is one of them because, it’s fast to make, taste completely de-lish and I love the fun twist on presentation.

For starters and to make life a snap for me to get a de-lish dinner to the table I cook up ground sirloin or ground turkey ahead of time with a sweet onion and freeze one half pound portions, so I have quick fixes for dinners that I can have ready in 30 minutes.

1 Progresso creamy portabella mushroom package
½ Lb of defrosted and cooked ground sirloin with onions, lightly seasoned
½ Cup of light sour cream
1 Package of large pasta wraps or wonton wraps
1 Package of mushrooms sliced and sautéed in 1 Tbl of olive oil

Get that oven pre-heated to 350`. Start water steaming for veggies. Slice those mushrooms and sauté them in olive oil, then combine them with ground sirloin, Progresso recipe starter, ½ cup of light sour cream. Line a muffin pan with large pasta, drop stroganoff mixture in the center and fold up the edges of the pasta. You can brush the pasta with olive oil, but it’s not required. Pop them into the oven, drop the veggies in the steamer and cook both for 25 to 30 minutes. See what I mean…snap-snap, enjoy the wraps. YUM!
