the bachelor 2013, who will win?

strawberriesNo I have not lost my mind. You see gorgeous strawberries, yet I’m carrying on about The Bachelor. What the heck? First off…I’m a Bachelor die-hard. I never miss an episode or season. Keep in mind, there is no other show that I watch with such commitment.  So, this is the only show I’m a freak about.

Sean (The Bachelor) seams to be a really genuine guy. He is not my type, “not because I’m too old and that would be gross”, but, because I appreciate him and really have loved his bold elimination style.  We are down to two Catherine and Lindsay and I can’t wait to hang out with the “fam” and watch all three hours. Yippee!

BTW, strawberries are hitting the local stands, one my favorite things on earth! Future posts to follow. Who will win…who will win?  I’m soooo excited!!! xoxo

a few of my favorite things

magnify glassFriday at last…gasp…sigh…grrr, said the chick with the bad attitude.I know; I can hardly believe it myself. That’s me with the bad attitude.   Just being honest with ya…not the greatest week, month or year for me.  Maybe that’s an exaggeration, but sometimes I just have a little pity party temper tantrum and then get over myself… I feel better all ready just venting.   Thank you for being here!  Smooches and smiles…

A few of my favorite things, appreciating my Son Myles for his hilarious instagram using the magnify glass. We all had to jump in and create what might just be next years Christmas photo, (see my instagram) the family that plays together, stays together.   My time with Mimi, boots on the grass in the rain, me snapping pictures “if I could only do that all day” and the Mommy humming bird in the grapefruit tree (look close, you can see the babies beak).  Sooo precious!

fab finds for the home

Okay, it’s no secret that décor and all things for the home have been a long time obsession of mine.  I was that kid who wanted to buy fabric or paint instead of a toy or new dress.  This is not to say I don’t love a new dress now, just painting the picture for you.

One of my favorite places to shop for my home and also get totally inspired with possibilities is Bon-Bon Home in Solana Beach, California.  I’m completely smitten with every detail.  The truth is, if I had a design store of my own it would mirror Bon-Bon’s eclectic wonder and fabulous finds.
