This is a change up from my usual spaghetti squash concoctions. Like this one with marinara or spaghetti squash with tomatoes. A cold salad sounded better to me then a warm dish. Most likely because I’m having another hot flash…geeez! Any-who here you go, I hope you enjoy! Smooches xoxo
