Hello Loves, Happy Tuesday. I shared this recipe with you about three years ago, but when I did my most recent site upgrade, it changed the way a lot of my older posts layout, so I’m bringing some oldies but goodies back. Enjoy and smooches xoxo
¼ Cup apple cider vinegar
½ Mayonnaise
½ Greek yogurt
¼ Cup poppy seed
1/3 Cup honey
1-teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
3 Granny Smith green apples, peeled, julienne
2 Carrot, peeled, julienne
1 Head of purple cabbage, finely shredded
1 Head of green cabbage, finely shredded
Prepare the poppy seed dressing. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss to incorporate the dressing. It is best when refrigerated for at least two hours and last well for three days.
