Mimi’s favorite meal is my slow cooked ribs. I do admit they are yummy, but so messy. I opted to go with a very casual table. One that could withstand the punishment of ribs, but still set a festive theme for a celebration with Mimi. I covered the table with shipping paper, glued eggplant ribbon along the seems and added bows for a little detail. For the centerpiece I put the vase in a paper bag with ribbon detail glued to the top. The flowers all looked like something you might find in the wild. For the final touch, I added little bird nests and butterfly’s on wire streaming out of the bag. It turned out cute and was perfect for a large crowd. Make everyday an event… xoxo
