Virtual Styling Service, a San Francisco Apartment

virtual sf project coverSan Francisco Living roomHi Loves, Happy Friday! Am I alone or did Spring break just fly by? I’m just now ready to take a little breather and it’s basically over. Oh-well, I see myself soaking up sun and sticking my toes in the sand this weekend and I hope the same for you…

So, jumping in, here is an update to one of my current projects, a San Francisco apartment. If you recall several weeks ago I posted the kitchen here. That space is coming along nicely and it’s time to bring the other rooms into play.

This space is the main living room and after narrowing our options on sofa’s down to a choice that fits the clients taste, budget and lifestyle we were ready to move forward with an overall plan that will finish this space and set the style for the remaining rooms.

Keeping in mind my clients style at all times, we are pulling in all the elements she loves. Successfully capturing a calm, glamorous, comfy and hip space.

Here are the details on the space…  Laurens living room items 1

Above, I always make a vision board for virtual projects. This gives the client and I a way to communicate easily and share the same vision. Additional, I draw the space to scale along with furniture cut outs scaled with exact measurements. The graph paper works great and I usually do two squares equals one foot. This gives me the options to move the room around easily. I can do the same thing with software, but not everyone has software, so I wanted to show you something that anyone can do when planning purchases or space.

I look forward to sharing the rest of this project and others with you. I’m always here for you, so don’t hesitate to contact me for affordable home styling services or even if you just have a question. Smooches and xoxoxoxo, Julie
