There is no substitution for homemade whipped cream. None! It is so easy and so worth the little extra effort when you have gone to the trouble of serving a dessert. Home Made Whipped Cream
- one pint of heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- one chilled mixing bowl
Chill a mixing bowl with ice and water for 2 minutes. Empty and dry. Poor heavy whipping cream into chilled bowl and begin mixing with a beater. Gradually add sugar, then vanilla. Mix until white fluffy mounds. Don’t over mix, or you will end up with butter…
