Staycation time, so Brad and I headed to Laguna Beach for the day. Laguna is about 45 minutes from Del Mar, so it’s a really easy trip for us and we always love the experience. We had plans to go see Rita Wilson perform later in the evening. Making an entire day out of it was a must. We have our favorite spots. No surprise to us we ended up at Nick’s for dinner. The food is consistent and delicious. The really specialize in beautiful craft cocktails. We stick to their amazing margaritas, but always appreciate the details we see them put into the other drinks. We kept it simple and ordered our favorite, asparagus fries and split the roasted chicken entree. We adore the food and the service is outstanding… Make every day an event!
