My gigantic sweet tooth, and me came up with this twist on the old traditional calorie loaded tart. Not only are these flip-pen adorable and super easy to make, but can I just tell you; they are ridiculously amazing…ridiculous! I’m thinking these are perfect for Easter brunch, or they could make for a stunning dessert.
The Keebler waffle cones are only 50 calories each. I used Jell-O fat free vanilla pudding made with 1% milk (I do mix in a little homemade whipped cream to give the custard a fluffiness, click here for the recipe), but you could omit. There is nothing better then Hershey’s Symphony chocolate and a little bit goes a long ways to coat the cone. You can click here for directions on how to melt the chocolate. I’m estimating the total calories to be between 270 and 320 each. Not bad for blow away deliciousness. Right? Smooches and make every day an event…
Looks amazing! I have a huge sweet tooth also and I have trouble finding a healthy/sweet snack!!!
Cannot wait to try!
